We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our entire catalog. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we have implemented a simple and effective return policy. Here are the 4 options:

1. You Want to Cancel or Modify Your Order

We process orders quickly, usually within 24 hours. This is why you have 24 hours after placing your order to send a cancellation or modification email via our contact form. After this period, your items will likely have been shipped.

If the delivery address provided at the time of the order is incorrect, we accept no responsibility, and no refund will be issued.

2. You Haven't Received Your Package

Our delivery times are 7 to 10 business days. If you do not receive your item within 30 days, please contact us to report a missing item.

3. You Received Your Item, But It Doesn't Satisfy You

Don't worry! You can return your item up to 30 days after receipt*.

Within 30 days of receiving your item, you can return a product and receive a refund, an exchange, or a credit for a future purchase if you received a product that is: (a) in damaged or contaminated packaging, (b) defective or otherwise flawed, (c) significantly different from what you ordered (incorrect item).

Here is how to proceed in 3 steps:

  1. Contact customer support to inform them of your intention to make a return.
  2. Print and fill out the return form.
  3. Send your item along with the form to the address we will provide via email.

*The item(s) must be returned in perfect condition, either in its original packaging or in another suitable package. If the item is damaged, our customer service may refuse the return, replacement, or refund as the item can no longer be considered new. If the item has been misused or does not match your entire order, it will not be refunded.

4. You Received Your Item, But It Arrived Damaged

Sometimes your package may get shaken during delivery and your item might arrive broken. In this case, or in the event of a design flaw, please contact us by clicking here and provide the following details:

  1. Your order number
  2. Description of the issue (defective item, etc.)
  3. A photo or video

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. This means that any expenses associated with returning the item, such as shipping fees or handling charges, will be borne by the customer.
